Poor service

I am extremely frustrated working with this company. Any request or query takes far too long to be addressed. I have requested numerous times for an amount to be paid into one of my accounts, but this has not been done, why not as this is my money and I need to settle my debt. Also, I have requested numerous times that three of my bank accounts be reworked and for new proposals to be submitted as requested by my bank but still no reply from My Debt Hero?

There also seems to be a lack of professionalism as I often have to request that information to be amended and updated as the details shared is inaccurate and misleading.

I definitely made a huge mistake when I signed up with My Debt Hero but unfortunately, I have to deal with this mess that I am in!

Please take note and be aware when dealing with this company as it is stressful enough to be under debt review!
