Poor Service

I need to cancel my debit order, I have in writing that it has been cancelled yet my debit order went off end of June 2024, I have been trying to get this sorted since end of May 2024 but to no avail.They are very quick to get you onto their system but when you have sorted your debt and want to cancel you get no answers, their service is appalling, I am so fustrated with them. I am also waiting for them to sort out my Axis Direct refund as it is also paid up, but my Debt Hero has paid Direct Axis. there is just no communication.
