Poor Debt Assistance

Despite numerous calls and emails, My Debt Hero has not answered any of my questions about my debt and having since made the request to cancel their services, have now not rep**** to my emails. Their service is shocking and their agents do not return calls. Their query dept cannot assist as only the agent in charge of your debt process can- yet they never return a call back or respond to emails. SHOCKING!
