Poor customer service

I requested a call, enquiring to change over from my current debt review company, I was called by an agent named Ziyad Ally. The service I've received from him was extremely bad, he was rude and arrogant kept persuading me to change over instead of giving me clear instructions of what the company can do for me. He also kept insisting I look at their Google reviews which is full is 5 star lies. The one star reviews are a true reflection of what this company is.
