Poor communication / no feedback / handocer to attorneys

When i started the process all went well until i needed the admin personel to communicated with me regarding counter offers on my credit card.They never communicated with me regarding the second counter offer that was accepted by FNB[which i agreed upon] which resulted in my account being removed from debt review.Everytime i email them ,My Debt Heroes tell me that i didnt except the offer, but then i show rhem the proof that the failed to communicate with me and then they just dont come back to me again. I have been reqyestwd rhem via email to include this account again, only to hear its in arrears at Fnb now so they can not include it again. The interest rates is also now much higer. My debt Heroes distributes monthly to fnb for my credit card ,but according to the bank its still excluded from debt review. I need my accoynt to be included again and interest rates to be adjusted afain. I also requested that my balances of my creditors as well as the interest rates that was negotiated be checked against my statements which i forwarded more than once - no feedback. I express with each phone call and email that i am not allowed to accept any phone calls during working houers, but still this is the only exuse every time without any solution. I have been handed over to attorneys in the meentime????? PLEASE DONT USE MY DEBT HEROES
