Poor business practise

I received unacceptable service from this company, i would not even recommend them to anyone. One of their consultants blatantly told me that they are not in the business of giving feedback to their clients when i queried why they have never given me feedback regarding the application. Disgusting service is what i received and when i cancelled their services they had the nerve to tell my creditors that i was incorporative. Shaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaame!
