Please return my R5,700 back, I can't even afford food or anything because of this huge amount that has been deducted from me, please return my money back please.

I would like to request to be assisted with the company name by Debt Hero, i was in communication with them some time last week, i communicated with one of the consultants and in my conversation with the lady i was not clearly informed that an amount of R5,700 will be deducted on my account, that was not put in clear mode to me, and on top of that the email confirming this deduction, i never saw it up until today when i came back from sick leave, eversince my husband passed away, my finances have been depreciating in fast pace speed, i have not been able to afford anything with my salary because the money for my late husband's estate has not yet been released to me yet so this makes it very difficult for me to afford everything on my own, i am in debts already, i am behind with my kids's school fees and i can't even afford food this month because for me this amount is too huge, please help me to request Debt Hero to please return my money please, i don't remember confirming this amount at all, please i also have my sick mom staying with me and tomorrow i am about to be admitted in hospital because of my health please somebody help me in this regard. i don't want this debt review anymore because now it has inconvenienced me in a big way.
