Peace of mind of no peace at all, hero of nightmare

They promised peace of mind, and call them selve debt hero, however so far I am living a Nightmare, no peace at all, they debited and creditors too, when I ask for their help as said I call , they don't have any empathy or show emotion of what you are going through. I am told they did not take the money. I am told to wait for 7 days and from the 25th , the lady is so rude she says ma'am we didn't take your money. I am forced to take up loan sharks now which defeat the purpose of me being with them.
