Not providing service and no support

Instead of helping me out of debt they just keep pusbing me further into it, some of my accounts they say where approved weren't, my debtors state that their not gettting their payments, i had to go to another debt councilor to find out that my full amounts for my debt wasnt even loaded as the amounts needed to be paid by debt hero, im getting constant calls from lawyers saying that they will cancell our debt review due to non payments, there is also no support or feedback from them at all i would not recommend them for debt help at all
