Not following their own orders
One anonying company the ask for a debit date and I gave them month end date as that's when I'm getting paid in December not them ignoring what they requested and debuting my money that was in my account on the 15th, why were you asking me my payment date if you'll go ahead and deduct in my account without my approval?
