NO to My Debt Hero, worst service!!!

WORST DEBT REVIEW COMPANY EVER, not even the one star worthy !!!! 7 months down the line and more stressed out than before getting sweet talked into false promises when a person do not have all the details in front of you, when they do not add all your expenses to their recalculations. I have mailed requesting a better restructuring of repayment and nothing the same response they do not chose the repayment plan. The fact that a person cannot put food on your table or have petrol to get your child to school and travel to work, or the fact that a person is going through chemo treatment and trying recover from treatment not to mention the additional medical bills that medical aid is not covering which still need to be paid, it is still not their problem. I have not received any statements, I have no idea if my debt are being paid with the money they taking. Their lawyers asking paper work from me 5 months down the line, which I need to courier back, with money I do not have. Even tried cancelling with them and moving to a more reputable company and got told I will have to pay to move. Just like a sales pitch they have all the "normal prepared responses, the same as the rest of the reviews submitted" a person still do not feel heard or that you are being helped. Debt review should be helping a person not add stress to a persons life, they should never have said "good news, we can definitely help you". A person can never speak to management, a person must log a complaint and cannot speak to anyone. I do not want to hear empty apologies about bad services and or some one will be calling to hear my story which I need to recap for the 1000 time. I need a resolution to my problem enabling me to put food on my table and pay medical bills, traveling to work, getting my child to school and back and actually feeling like I can breath at the end of the month.
