NO debt hero

I was registered with mydebthero for debt counseling. I paid up all my creditors and sent the paid up letter to them on 12 May 2026. I've been struggling since then to get the clearance certificate. After numerous emails and sending the same documents over and over I still did not receive the clearance certificate 1 year and 4 months later
