No communication and Dumped by Debt Hero.

Debt Hero can sign you up very quickly. The sales guy who signed us up was brilliant. We did sign up and it was confirmed what the monthly payment would be. A week later, by telephone, a different person said they would raise the payment monthly by R4000, which we could not do. A week after that we received a call confirming which accounts would be paid. We agreed. 5 Days from the payment date we receive 5 emails to say that our debt review has been rejected. We asked a manager to contact us to explain - No manager phoned. I spoke to a manager the next day after a Debt Heros leter went to all our creditors saying the Debt Review was rejected. She promised to get hold of me with a solution - She did not phone back as promised. Now all the creditors have been alerted and we, who had an excellent Credit rating when I lost my job, have been dumped by Debt Hero! The experience with Debt Heros has left us frustrated and angry. And this, at a horrible time in life, when we are looking for some support. They have left us with an "under debt review" label at the Credit bureau. Not fair really.
