<div>DO NOT TOUCH this company. A consultant called me yesterday and made a very promising proposal. After going through the paper work I was unaware of the premium needed to be paid monthly amongst other things. Her one piece of advice was that I needed to make a decision with my husband before going ahead yet she forcefully made me sign a document without explaining it and it had to include his signature. How could she possibly make me sign on my husbands behalf. That is ******* and this call is recorded for proof - through sms’s I am getting I seem to be on the second phase - which I have asked to cancel a number of times. I have sent 6 emails today to try and cancel what is not even finalised yet and no one is getting back to me. Instead I get sent an sms welcoming to MyDebtHero. I made several calls with a consultant telling me to write a cancellation email - with the pathetic response that they are having high call and mail volumes and can’t get back to be - yet it was easy enough for them to move me to phase 2 and contact my creditors? Also to implement a debit order on my account. Another consultant I did manage to speak to - who actually phoned me to congratulate me on phase 2 - I then voiced my many emails to cancel and will to cancel. Her response was that I needed to wait on an email from her and she would call me straight back. I am still waiting and she didn’t call me back. I feel like they took advantage of a vulnerable person (I was holding my toddler at the time of this call and the consultant was fully aware) with a lot of hidden agendas that were not disclosed over the initial call and if I did not go through the fine print or read the bad HelloPeter reviews - I would not be in such a panic. All the information I thought I was signing for was not the same as in the fine print and I was no given the chance or encouraged to read the fine print before signing. I feel taken advantage of and I haven’t sent through ANY documentation or even spoken to my husband who is overseas and yet they keep pushing and I happen to be on phase 2. This is an utter nightmare. Don’t go near them.</div>
