MYDEBTHERO IS LIKE A GRAVE THAT WILL NOT BRING THE DEAD BACK, TO GET OUT OF MYDEBTHERO IS A STRUGGLE LIKE GETTING TO THE PROMISED LAND. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY GUYS

I have 2 accounts with Standard Bank, a credit card account number: *** and home loan account number: *** under debt review. Mydebthero is deducting R7127.42 to pay these 2 accounts on monthly basis. The credit card account was settled on and closed on 19/08/2026, My Debt Hero was notified about this, on 30/08/2026 My Debt Hero deducted the already paid up credit card again. On 03/09/2026 I emailed them a letter with the proof of settlement, asking for a refund deducted for the credit card and exit for the home loan, because I can pay the bank on my own as I'm left with 1 account. Up to now, they didn't acknowledged receipt of the email or say something about it. They don't answer my calls.
