MyDebt Hero

Last year I signed up with My Debt Hero to consolidate my debt. They were very helpful in getting this set up, however at the beginning of this year a family member settled my debts so my contract with My Debt Hero was cancelled. I am still waiting for my clearance certificates and have sent numerous emails requesting same. Two weeks ago I received a notification that my debit order was rejected by the bank - there is no debit order still being mandated. I keep getting a notification that my ticket is closed, but I'm still waiting for my clearance certificate, almost 6 months down the line. Communication is absolutely shocking. How amazing that they can arrange to debit my bank accounts to cover my debt within a short period of time, but can't send me a clearance certificate. Their new way of communicating thru their webpage is absolutely shocking. I really would be very careful getting involved with this company again.
