My Dept Hero SUX!!!!

I placed myself under debt review as to not get a bad name....WELL....My debt Hero is making sure i get a WROTTEN name!!! 1st off, you can not call them and speak to someone to try and get assistance, you leave a message, then if you send a moai, you get automated reply someone is working on the case, or its been resoled...*** man!!!!
