My DebtHero non payers to creditors

We joined My Debthero June/July 2023. We paid our monthly fees every month. Only to discover that My Debthero never paid one cent to our creditors. With the result that the creditors phoned me non-stop. Everytime I queried this, after going through a real mission to get hold of someone, they just said that we are actively under debt review. I requested for a full refund with new installments that was established. Also I cancelled my debt review with them. Now they want to give me not even half of what is due to me, because of admin fees etc. Every month these people send me distribution statements and I asked them to explain it to me, because I could not see who was getting paid. No answer - as usual. Bottom line, these people are suppose to help you live a better life. Yes, we made bad decisions, but that is why we went with My Debthero to help us, but they were absolutely no help. Chantal Mans, SHe-Earl Nackerdien is absolutely useless where it comes to communication. Please people, do not give these people a chance to ruin your life.

Good day Natasha. The debt review funds are paid to a PDA who distributes it to your credit providers. To state that our office did not pay your creditors is false. We have provided you with the distribution statement which clearly reflects how payments were distributed towards your credit providers. Our office will contact you shortly to explain it again.

Reviewer Update
The understanding was that they paid the creditors every month. Yes, we received the pda statements from them, but no creditors was paid. This was confirmed by 3 consultants and the debt counsellor herself. So, I am not making false accusations. I do not need to get explanations again; I need my funds refunded so that I can make arrangements with my creditors. The creditors themselves also confirmed that they have not received any payments. So please make sure of your facts.

Reviewer Update
Yes, the new plan was explained. BUT still there was no payments made to my creditors due to a system error. This is my complaint. For almost a year nobody was paid. So where did my funds go to? Hence the reason I asked for a refund so I can pay my creditors myself. What is so interesting, is that I get a quicker response on Hello Peter as from the offices themselves. If you did look into my matter, you would have seen that no payments was made and you can listen to all the recordings of our conversations.
