My debthero- extremely bad

I signed with my debthero and they have failed to deliver on two grounds. Firstly, they communicate in accurate balance statements even after I complained. They kept paying creditors that were paid up even after I complained. I can't seem to get my refund from them. They are refusing to cancel the contract the contract they have failed to honor .they are worse than creditors themselves.
