MY DEBTHERO.

I am so frustrated writing this email about the service and poor communication from MY DEBT HERO company. After back and forth of trying to get the company to get me the settlement amount from 2 of the accounts I had under them I struggled I had to call those companies to give me the settlement and it was a struggle. Now I have submitted everything to the MY DEBT HERO and all the time I get an email saying they have escalated the matter and some email saying I need to send paid up letters of which I have submitted all 3 paid up letters. From 2024 to date this process has really put my life on hold. Initially I was given false information by 1 of they consultant after she said I can exit debt review once I pay all small debt and left with only the vehicle account. Now I have paid up all the accounts and no one seem to know or is willing to help me get my name from the debt review. My debthero you really made and continue to make my life a nightmare
