My Debt Hero - worst service provider ever

Please do not ever consider this company should you require debt review. They are absolutely useless. They are supposed to send you all documentation as each process is completed. In my case whenever I called them, they said that they had no email address for me. Now all of a sudden they have proof that the emails were sent to me. They refused to give me copies of all my telephonic interactions with them because according to them, their calls aren’t recorded. The NCR should shut this business down.
