My Debt Hero, worst company ever

This company calls you with promises and stories that will delight your ears but once they sign you up they are a shockingly bad company to work with. They dont listen to what you ask, they push you from person to person, dont provide management details when you want to escalate, give incorrect information. What they tell you that you are going to save and what you actually save is worlds apart. When a creditor says or decides something, this company as your debt councilors, simply accept and dont fight for you. It really is a complete waist of time trying to sort one's debt issues out with this company and I would STRONGLY recommend you dont use them. Unfortunately, once you sign up you are locked in and can do nothing about the non existence of service from this place.
