my debt hero will make your life a living hell

poor service and false information I get a call from this campany on Thursday,the person who helped me **** to me and he said I must sign ITC check so that they can process my application.to my surprised I received numerous emails and on Friday I told them I want to opt out because I got false information nd today Monday I was told that I'm trapped for 5 years there Is nothing they can do.they are not allowed to cancel the application.never fall for their lies.I was told that even aftr 5 years I won't get any clearance certificate and I will be blacklisted.all I wanted was to sign out but they said I can do that aftr 5 years.mind you they haven't started debiting anything but there is no cancelation.
