MY DEBT HERO - Who cannot resolve my problem

I am having a dedcution come off my debt rescue account for an FNB Personal Loan which i do not have and it has taken more than 4 months now and it has not been resolved, yet they keep deducting the amount off my monthly debt account. It is so annoying
