My Debt Hero was the worst decision I ever made in my life

My Debt Hero was the worst decision I ever made in my life. I had two ABSA accounts - one for vehicle finance (which was paid monthly and up to date for close to 24 months already) and the other account was for my credit card (also paid monthly and never in the rears). Your office convinced me to join My Debt Hero because of much lower interest rates to pay these off quicker. Now I sit with these two accounts, my monthly installment is exactly the same (on my request) and I have absolutely no idea of the terms of these contacts. I paid this deal now for over 24 months and I can hardly see any difference. One huge nightmare!
