My Debt Hero was NO HERO to me
I made an enquiry for assistance and was misled by them after requesting a quote via email prior to sign up. I was told that the quote will be sent to me, this only happened after I signed up and I noticed that the layout of the quote was most definitely not the same as what was discussed with me telephonically.
I immediately requested a cancellation via various emails, after being sent from pillar to post, this has still not been resolved.

21 Feb 2024, 14:48Good day Christell. Our office do not sign any new clients up for debt review without there being a debit order in place that can only be authorised by the client. We are further bound by the NCR withdrawal guidelines and must follow that process. We will shortly be in contact with you to see if we can assist you in this regard.
