My Debt Hero Villans

As with numerous complainants on Hellopeter, I received a phone call from My Debt Hero (which I agree is more a villain than a Hero ☹) at no point in time was there any mention that this was a Debt Review Application Process. At no point in time did I provide consent or a mandate, as required by the NCR to any Debt Counsellor to apply for Debt Review. I have registered a complaint with the NCR, have advised My Debt Hero to remove me from Debt Review on which they placed me without mandate, yet they continue to request documentation from me under the guise that it is required to have me removed from Debt Review, yet they advise that since 22 March 2022 one cannot automatically be removed from Debt Review. Undoubtedly villains. From my side Legal action is now being pursued”
