My debt hero - The Worst

One of the worst service ever, when I registered with my debt hero my thought was this is now going to relief me from stress.

I asked them how it worked? They said in 2months the lawyers are going to take their money and then after 2months they will pay capitec

2months went by and the 3rd month they still deducting for the lawyers and I was like that's not was said and they said they will fix it? The 4th month I receive their stament the lawyers are still taking contributed only 1500 to capitec and also added Barko of which I have paid off

I asked them why are you paying Barko they said they thought I also owe them and told me to submit a paid up letter for Barko which I did and the following month they still contributed to Barko I called them they said they will fix it they never even after providing proof to them

Now capitec also calls me telling me my debt haven't been paying them I told them about this they told me they will get someone to call me they never did? Then the bank calls again threatening that I need to make arrangements if not they will deduct also.... I have to block my dept hero since Rachel at dept hero advised I cannot cancel this since I have signed I asked them to send me a letter where I have signed this they didn't instead they send a message saying it has been suspended due to non co-operation of customer imagine I have for more 6months and they never paid capitec a cent.

I have lost all that money to them all for nothing and trusting in them

I regret truly..... Please DON'T REGISTER WITH THESE GUYS YOU WILL REGRET THE DAY TRUST ME
