My debt hero service is terrible.

Due to no response to any of my queries of recent from my debt hero I decided to advise them I wanted out.

To my surprise a 17.W form was issue advising that their services are canceled yet they remain my debt counsellor.

I want to manage my creditors by myself as my debt hero is not what it promised to be. Very dissapointed.

I need to know from this establishment that the debit order is also canceled considering they have confirmed in writing of their services being canceled? I have seen response her hence I am opting for this as their landlines are not available. Their help desk ticket just closes by itself with no resolution. They have said they will contact me shortly and they meant it because my phone rang for 1 second and I couldn't even answer.

I would never recommend anyone with this organization.
