MY DEBT HERO REFUSING TO CANCEL THIS APPLICATION

Look i app**** for this not realizing the hindrance or the implications it would have on anything further i would need to do. i have been paying my bills just fine and my credit score is not in shambles, i told the lady in an E-Mail that i no longer wish to proceed with this to which she tried to convince me not to cancel and i pose the question to them why they insist i do this when i have been paying my bills off just fine and have not had any issues with any of my creditors? i signed up yesterday and told them to cancel it the same day so what is the issue? she instead is telling me that they have to proceed with everything and if i wish to cancel i need to prove that i can pay the bills but the consultant that called me told me that she sees i have been paying my bills off very well so My Debt Hero what is the issue? the proof is in the pudding and yes i did inquire and the pitch the lady gave me over the phone was great however if it is going to affect my relationship with my creditors i don't want the service i am not someone that needs this clearly i just need to apply myself to finishing off the Debt Quicker plain and simple no bank or creditor has ever called me about issues with payment so please like i stipulated in the E-mails cancel this thing it has been less than 24 hours since i made this request which is ample time to withdraw the process the lady i initially spoke to told me it takes about 9 days for the entire process to happen so please cancel this thing. i also recorded the conversation i had with the lady yesterday to prove that she blatantly refused to remove the debt review after i had sent an Email stating that i no longer wish to proceed instead you are busy telling me about the NCR
