My Debt Hero is no HERO.

During Covid19 I hit hard financial times, I voluntary went under debt review. Unfortunately, I went to My Debt Hero with the promise that my debt would be paid and I would still be able to survive financially being a single mother with a child that needs to be fed and educated. Five years later at an exorbitant debt payment each month, I was able to contact My Debt hero to finally settle the outstanding debt. A highlight to me as I would finally get rid of the noose around my neck. I spoke to Danielle Appollis, my so-called Customer Service Agent, who told me 3 times what my settlement amount was. I confirmed with her 3 times, firstly there was an amount not included, and she apologised. Then there was yet another amount not accounted for, and she apologised. Now I get a call from a stranger She-Earl Nackerdien, who doesn’t seem to care much as his attitude is one of, I must sort it out, not like its supposed to be My Debt Hero’s job to be a Customer’s Service Agent and actually help their clients. I am told that, yet another debtor was not accounted for and this amount is a few thousand rand not accounted for. What makes me fuming is the fact that none of these amounts ever reflected on my distribution list. Now as far as I am aware the distribution list is a statement of ALL debt owing and of what was settled and what is still due. When I ask this very unprofessional person, She-Earl, why this is so, he can’t answer me. He just keeps repeating that I must call the debtor and ask yet again for a settlement amount. My worst regret is ever going to My Debt hero they are the worst, and they do not even try to assist. Thanks, a lot for 5 years of tough times and absolutely nothing to show for it. I would NEVER recommend My Debt Hero to anyone. Stay Away! – VERY UNHAPPY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER
