My Debt Hero has messed up my life

I was with another debt review company, i moved over to My Debt hero in February 2026.

1, The first consultant told me there will be no interruption on my payments as all is organized already they creditors will be paid as normal. TWO MONTHS LATER MY HOMELOAN AND CARLOAN ARE BOTH IN ARREARS DUE TO NON PAYMENT FROM MY DEBT HERO. 2. The first consultant told, because my case has not been to court, they can move me over. I spoke with the prvious debt consultant i was with today, they app**** via the court in August 2025 and have not received any documents from My Debt Hero to do the transfer. 3. My Debt hero's lawyers contacted me today to sign the court papers? I am listed under the previous company on NCR and the court order. 4. Yet they have taken thousands of rand for admin, lawyer costs etc. 5. I send them email as there is no answer of any of the numbers I have, I get a ticket number, I get an answer but not to the questions i ask at times. Absolutely useless.

My life is in a mess due to My Debt Hero. I don't know what to do.

I will be reporting them to NCR because now my debit order goes off, yet I am in arrears with two month which I need to make payment arrangements not to lose my car and/or my house. I went under debt review out of a stupid decision I made, if only i contacted my creditors and not listen to sweet lies of the debt review companies.
