MY DEBT HERO FAILURE TO PAY DEBTS TO CREDITORS

February 2023, due to serious financial constraints I have entered a contract with My Debt Hero to assist me with my debts, FNB and Nedbank credit cars and MFC car finance. My Debt Hero sends me the break down of the amounts which amounted to R11000 and this amount was continuously deducted from my Nedbank account. May 2023, I received calls from three institutions claiming that my accounts are in areas and legal steps will be taken against me, I followed up with My Debt Hero whom they failed to give me proof of February to May 2023 payments, they continue taking my monies June to October 2023. October 2023 I ended up cancelling the contract wit My Debt Hero. My debts with the three institutions ended up with their legal departments and I was requested to make personal arrangements and pay the credit cards. MFC repossessed the car
