MY DEBT HERO

It is with a heavy hart that I selected one star. It should be -1 My Debt Hero accepted my case and sent me a proposal. They could not negotiate any relief for me as the only two creditors involved did not want to negotiate. Before any new agreement was reached, they submitted a debit order to my bank. They received my funds AND I had to pay the creditors which caused me to be in more trouble than I was. I asked for the process to be cancelled as it was not viable for me. They suspended it but am now holding my money hostage as they do not want to refund me. I requested documents they refer to, but to no avail. and they do not reply to any correspondence. NO feedback.
