My debt hero doesn't provide good service but they are very quick to sign you up.

My experience with his company has been a roller coaster of emotions. From the time you sign up and share your current situation it seems there is intrest to assist you,the sign up is very quick and easy and they will even call you to ensure everything is sorted. The problem starts when you're their client ,what an awful establishment they do not respond to your emails ,the WhatsApp line is not helpful. They do not pick up calls. The only way to get to them is writing an honest review of their services and only then they show intrest to care .I have reached out multiple times asking them that I need a clearance certificate as my debt is in order. No one has assisted me which is very annoying as I want my name cleared Asap. They have also advised I have to pay a fee which was not mentioned to me when advised for clearance certificate I then followed up on the cost for this and no one responded to me.

From the talk from the guy who signed me up which was Florence I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. When you try to sign up they will make sure you do necessary immediately but fail to provide service.
