My Debt Hero
I signed up with My Debt Hero in an attempt to reduce my debt to one installment. They have now deducted 2 monthly installments from my bank account and nothing to date has been paid over to my creditors. They were supposed to negotiate new terms with my bank but the bank still applies normal interest to my debt every month, more than what My Debt Hero are supposed to be paying them. This means that my debt is increasing every month. I have more debt now than when i started with My Debt Hero.

22 Jul 2024, 08:30Dear Grace, The debt review costs are regulated by the NCR and are explained to all consumers. The costs also reflect in the application form you signed. The credit providers are aware of how the costs work and your new payment plan takes the debt counsellors and legal fees into consideration. Our office will be in contact with you today.

22 Jul 2024, 08:45It us really no use to me as a client if your fees are so high and minimum gets paid over to my creditors as they still apply normal interest to my loans resulting in installments that are higher than what you are paying over to them. You have deducted now 2 installments from my bank account and nothing have been paid over to my bank by your goodselves. Where dit my R10600 go? My debts are now higher with the interest the bank are charging on my loans! Please explain!
