My debt hero

Extremely bad bad service. They are all helping you in the beginning but a soon as you take too long for them to accept their offer then they become ugly and unprofessional like this Kienan guy from my debt hero, a salesperson or whatever he is. I range meetings with him and he can't even keep to the date or time arranged he always phones on times that is not possible to talk and when I tell him I can't talk because I'm busy he get upset. He doesn't listen to the client. I would not recommend these guys at all for it seems like they are only after your money and not actually there to you to help you in your de t problems. I would suggest to really do homework to get the right people to help you, find out everything of every company before you sign anything with anyone.
