My debt hero

I app**** for debt review via my debt hero 15 months ago as I was in arrears with my car installment due to hospitalization, my debt hero took my case and promised to help me and they started debiting my account from September 2023, in July 2024 I started getting calls from the banks legal department saying I'm in arrears and I must pay off the arrears or surrender the car, I contacted the debt hero and they told me that they have been paying the monthly installments only and I must increase my monthly installment by R1000 so that the can help with arrears which I increased. To my surprise last week some tracking company stopped at a mall wanting to repossess my car and I asked them to give some time to speak to my debt counselor so they gave me 7 days, I told my debt hero what happened and they said they can't continue helping me and they are canceling their services .
