My Debt Hero

I have been emailing them non-stop about creditors demanding money. The ONLY thing I receive from them is a 'ticket'. Same goes for the whatsapp line as well as the landline. NOBODY gets back to you regarding quiries or issues that arise as a result of their lack of professionalism. Never has any creditor phoned me when I was paying them myself. Ever since My Debt Hero took over, the creditors phone and email me constantly. They receive their 'fees' every month but they are not willing to help when you need to resolve issues as a result of their neglect
