Most Shocking Customer Service
After about a year of honouring my payment arrangement with My Debt Hero, they simply lobbed a charge of R 713 onto my profile. When i lodged a query, it was drawn out with vague responses put forward; no doubt in an attempt to frustrate me. After 2 months & 3 weeks, as well as escalating the matter it remains unresolved. This level of service is totally unacceptable. I would not recommend this company!

04 Jul 2023, 10:34Good day Phillip. Debt counsellors must make use of an independent Payment Distribution Agency. Unfortunately, the statement you receive from them, and the statement of credit providers are not always 100% the same. Our office will be in contact with you. Regards
