MONEY STILL TRYING TO BE DEDUCTED AFTER CANCELING

After a month of nothing being done and receiving an email I dont hve a file yet with them , my debitorders still went off . I canceled my application with them . Now they ares till trying to deduct money for something which they dont hve a file for ???? I am happy with the new compny assisting me . JUST STOP THE DEBICEHCK AND DONT CALL ME TO TRY AND CONVINCE ME TO STAY WITH YOU
