LOUSY COMMUNICATION

Was looking for help as I was feeling that I was over indebted so I started dealing with Mydept Hero. After responding to their advert on face book it was smooth sailing I thought that I was eventually on my path to financial freedom. The first call I got from them was so prompt and a breath of fresh air. At last!!!! . Got email after email and calls were coming in thick and fast the wheels were rolling but come month end got the shock of my life. After being told verbally and by text that all my debit orders to my creditors will be cancelled,boom two of my creditors went ahead with the debit orders. I immediately alerted My debt hero and was told that they will request a refund from my creditors which they did. Now I have to wait for 10-15 days before I can get a refund. Okay even though stressful I can live with that. The biggest problem though is that I have nothing in writing to say that the request will be successful. So its a game of wait and hope. I have sent them emails expressing my fears but no response as yet. Furthermore I never got any confirmation from my credit providers that the debit orders were cancelled. I might be going for another rough ride again come month end.
