Lots of Empty promises, hard to reach, great financial consequence to the client

A lot of effort is put at getting you to sign up with lots promises being made.

After signing up, the person who signed you up disappears. You are assigned a new person and she hardly responds to emails and cannot be found by telephone.

I owe way more than I did before joining. My debts have been accumulating interest and its not covered by the payment distribution.

Debt Review should be a good process but MyDebt Hero company might not be the best to pursue. I am full of regrets at this point and need to figure out a way to recover. :(
