Little to no service after debt is paid off.

Everything went really well for the two years that I was under debt review. At the end of March my debt was paid off. Since then I have struggled to get anything out of any body. I had to get all the paid up letters myself, even though they said they do all the admin. All of a sudden there are two accounts with FNB that was not paid off. Now I cannot get my certificate of clearance because of that. I am supposed to move into a new apartment at the end of April, now I'm going to loose that apartment because of their slow service. Every time I email them, they reply with, I confirm receiving your email. Then nothing happens. I am really disgusted and sad at the service the last two months. I have to make more debt now to be able to pay the first month's rent.
