First off, you can not call them or reach your administrator (Amber), her email no longer exists. You leave a message, then an automated reply says someone is working on the case. Within minutes, the ticket has been resolved.

A simple question: what is the process for being removed from the debt review after payment of short-term debts and paid-up letters sent? I'm no longer over-indebted, left with long-term debt, and no one can explain the process of being handed a clearance certificate. I'm so over this debt review and frustrated; at first, I was none over indebted i don't know how I accepted this debt review.
