Kick Me While Down - Debt Hero

I singed up with Debt Hero, now I am paying for accounts that I have a High Court Orders that is was while I was sequestrated, in other words, paying someone twice. I addressed this with Debt Hero for the last 4 months, but nothing gets done about it. Seems to me when you are down, they kick you harder.
