Incorrect balances

Firstly i just want to say that I'm extremely disappointed in the way i have been struggling to get answers. I joined you over a year and a half ago . I started with a total of R71000 and a month ago i had an outstanding balance of R43000 and now I'm back at R71000. No one is giving me any feedback on what's happening anymore
