I’m depressed because of them

I settled my accounts all by myself, sent them paid up letters . It’s been two months now . No clearance certificate. They are not responding to my emails, when I call they tell me my email was forwarded to the relevant department. They didn’t help me with anything instead my life is stuck because of them . I’m even depressed because I don’t have a way out of this .
