I was helped in a way which I would rather have stuck to my existing installment as it just saves me R1,200 monthly but extended my paying term from 7yrs to 9 yrs that I feel is ridiculous as I am already 66yrs old, so that means paying for my vehicle until the age of 75yrs, I did expect that they would have brought some of the interest down rather which is very high for me at Wesbank.

15 Aug 2024, 18:53I Ms AG Santos did not get the help through Debt Hero that was offered to me, such as 3 to 5 yrs to pay off my car with reduced interest. Debt Hero offered me help that did not happen, it is just about another fee for themselves.
