I want my application cancelled and my name removed from debt review
The company said they will help me with reducing my monthly installments but the installament they made a debit check with was too high and it doesn't make sense. When I went back to contact them to cancel my application they said they can't cancel my application.
I want my application cancelled and my name removed from the debt review.

29 Mar 2024, 10:38Good day Sonke. Our new payment plan that we worked out for you is less than what you currently need to pay your credit providers. If you want to withdraw from debt review you would need to be able to afford your current instalments in terms of the NCR withdrawal guidelines. Our office will contact you shortly to see if we can assist.

31 Mar 2024, 15:01I was in preparation to settle most of my loans and the ones I sent your agent highlighted was for the loans that I have settled the problem started when the first agent who did the application could not pick up that some of the loans were paid up and some were almost finished the 6months payment plan didn't match the money I owe hence I want you to withdraw the debit check you set up because it's gonna deduct my money.
